How to send flowers to a hotel guest

1. Choose a bouquet. A vase arrangement is the best choice for a hotel room — ready to enjoy, no vase needed.
2. At checkout, enter the hotel address.
3. Write the guest’s full name exactly as on the reservation. If you know the room number or the confirmation number, add it in the order notes.
4. Pick a delivery date on or after the check-in day. We hand the flowers to the front desk or concierge, and the hotel brings them to the room or gives them to the guest.
5. Add a card message — we write it by hand.
